Our housing site is located at 600 Central Avenue, Minotola, N.J. 08341. We are a 60-unit HUD subsidized housing facility. We have 15 brick buildings each containing 4 garden type first floor apartments. Each apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom. Each unit also has a storage area.

Buena Borough residents have a preference on our waiting list. Our administration building is in the center of the complex and contains our offices, a laundry room, and a community room for the tenants to use. We are located just off the parking lot of the Buena Borough Municipal Building and Police Station next to the Bruno Melini Park. Applications for our facility can be picked up in our office between 9 and 3 Monday thru Friday.
